History of Victory Trade School:
Accreditation / Certification:
The Culinary Arts program uses curriculum from the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF).
The Family Science department uses curriculum that supports the Child Development Associates (CDA) certificate.
Victory Trade School’s Culinary Arts and Family Science Departments are licensed to operate by the Missouri Department of Higher Education (MDHE).

Students work and learn in Victory Trade School’s restaurant laboratory and community child development center and receive hands-on training from certified and experienced culinary and child development instructors. All Victory Trade School students are required to live on campus. Room and board are included in the overall cost of tuition. Victory Trade School’s campus is ADHA compliant. Victory Trade School primarily serves nontraditional students.
