History of Victory Trade School:

VTS was established in 2003 as a subsidiary of the Springfield Victory Mission, Inc. In 2011, Victory Trade School, LLC was formed. The school is located on Historic C-Street in Springfield, MO.

Victory Trade School and its Culinary Arts Department is accredited by the Accrediting Council of Independent Colleges & Schools (ACICS). More information about ACICS can be found at  www.acics.org.

The Culinary Arts program uses curriculum from the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF).





The Family Science department uses curriculum that supports the Child Development Associates (CDA) certificate.

Learning Environment:

Students work and learn in Victory Trade School’s restaurant laboratory and community child development center and receive hands-on training from certified and experienced culinary and child development instructors. Student Life:

All Victory Trade School students are required to live on campus. Room and board are included in the overall cost of tuition. Victory Trade School’s campus is ADHA compliant. Victory Trade School primarily serves nontraditional students.
